1. Relay Refunds cannot disclose the source of your money unless we have your signed Authority To Act.

 2. Relay Refunds' fees are payable on all money recovered.

3. The recovery fees are to be paid from the Client's unclaimed money claim. The Client understands they will receive the balance deposited electronically to their nominated bank account. The Client accepts they are responsible for providing correct information and that incorrect information may cause delays in receiving their unclaimed money.

4. Once an Authority To Act is signed the Client cannot withdraw from our services to recover the claim. Should the Client withdraw from supplying the relevant documents requested (within the Client's ability) to complete the claim, they will still be liable to pay the recovery fee. Upon refusal to supply extra documents Relay Refunds will give seven (7) days notice to the Client  and payment of our fees will be required.

5. Should suit be commenced or a Solicitor employed to enforce payment of the recovery fees pursuant to the Authority To Act, the Client agrees to pay such additional sum as the Court may determine reasonable for Solicitor’s fees in said suit.

6. Relay Refunds accepts no responsibility for the accuracy, currency or completeness of any information provided via any correspondence and/or communications. The accuracy or reliability of information provided is not guaranteed or warranted in any way and Relay Refunds, its agencies, representatives, subsidiaries and affiliates disclaim liability of any kind whatsoever, including and without limitation, liability for accuracy, quality, performance or reliability for a particular purpose arising out of the information provided.

7. These Terms And Conditions can be varied at any time by Relay Refunds upon the giving of seven (7) days notice in writing to the Client detailing such changes.
